Roaster stainless steel 18/10

Lacor maker is Roaster in 18/10 stainless steel (18% chrome and 10% nickel alloy which offers a high level of quality and superior resistance to conventional steel). It offers excellent resistance to corrosion and to food acids and salts. The steel is smooth, non-porous and very hygienic; It maintains the natural flavor of the cooked food. It is very durable and with good resistance to scratches and bumps.

This roaster design allows to use it as a source of serve, taking it directly from the oven to the table. Without handles, wide outer flange allows comfortable attachment.

En el momento quise tratarla (antes de comenzar hay que tratar el acero y lo hago siempre con otras) parte de la zona del aceite se quemó y no por tenerla tiempo No pude limpiarla, por lo que tuve- como última solución - que usar los famosos estropajos verdes para hacerlo, cosa que no se debe hacer.
