Plate Oven stainless steel 18/10

Oven plates are designed to allow a homogeneous on all its surface heat flow, so that cooks all the food placed on them at the same time.

Lacor maker is in 18/10 stainless steel baking sheet (18% chromium and 10% nickel alloy which offers a high level of quality and superior resistance to conventional steel). It offers excellent resistance to corrosion and to food acids and salts. The steel is smooth, non-porous and very hygienic; It maintains the natural flavor of the cooked food.

The in 18/10 stainless steel baking Lacor has measures 60 x 40 cm, with a height of 0.8 cm.

Remember that any container for oven can last longer than the own oven if it is of good quality. For the maintenance of this plate do not use abrasive products or sponges of wires that can damage its surface. Stainless steel is dishwasher safe.
