These nests of wire they belong to the series of U.P. kitchen utensils of Lacor, in stainless steel, designed for professionals in the kitchen. It consists of a semicircular double colander who, like conventional strainers, serves to filter the liquid separating the solid parts; but, in addition, smaller strainer tighten content within the strainer main, giving the shape of nest to food. The handle is longer than traditional sieves, to avoid splashing of oil, and has clamping system to keep the appliance closed while cooking.
