The hand, similar to the hand mortar but tapered to fit perfectly with the shape of the screen, is the ideal complement to work with Chinese strainers: to move it around the walls of the Chinese aid to strain the preparation and press solids, extracting all of its juices and taking advantage of every last drop of liquid, sauce or cream, with all of its flavor.

This hand made wood of beech (which has been traditionally used in the kitchen for their resistance and because no clear flavor; there is also an ecological and sustainable wood), has a length of 25 cm.
