This smooth cake Pan It is manufactured in stainless steel 18% Cr (alloy with 18% chromium). It offers excellent resistance to corrosion and to food acids and salts; It is a material that is smooth, non-porous and very hygienic, easy to clean (dishwasher safe), and does not transmit strange food flavors. It is resistant to high temperatures, making it suitable for recipes that require a high firing temperature up as fermented masses, and allows a perfect distribution of the heat. It is a lightweight, comfortable handling, suitable both for professional use (pastry shops, restaurants) as domestic.

The mould for cake smooth stainless steel 18% Cr is available in 3 sizes, which can choose in the drop-down next to the photography: 25 x 12 30 x 12 and 35 x 12 cm; its height is 8.5 cm. With it you can prepare sweet biscuits, puddings, and also cakes, pies savoury (Scorpion fish, from vegetables) or homemade bread.

De momento lo he usado para pan de molde y sin ningún problema. Para que la limpieza sea más fácil pongo papel de horno dentro así no se pega nada y se desmolda con facilidad

De momento bien, se nota que es de mucha calidad el molde echo en acero inoxidable...vamos a ver con el tiempo si se oxida o no !
