Strainer double netting U.P.

The design of U.P. Lacor kitchenware series is designed for professionals in the kitchen.

The semicircular strainers are very effective to filter stocks, creams, sauces, oil, cream of milk separating the solid parts of the liquid and without Miss lumps thanks to its fine mesh. This model has hook on the side opposite to the handle to support the strainer in the containers.

Our products have a two year warranty against manufacturing defects. Siempre había utilizado coladores que compraba en lo supermercados, y no tienen nada que ver con éste. Este colador de Lacor es robusto, como para,que lo hereden mis hijos y cuela a la,perfección adaptándose a ollas de 20cm de diámetro. Nunca ha sido más fácil colar el caldo.

No recomiendo para nada este colador, despues de un tiempo de uso, la union de las dos mallas con el aro se pone negra ya que es imposible limpiar y secar ahi dentro. Si cuelas algo que no sea un liquido fino se te quedara enganchado entre las dos mallas y te costara bastante trabajo sacarlo. No le veo sentido a que tenga una malla con los agujeros mas grandes despues de haber pasado ya por la malla fina que esta antes. Esa segunda malla ya no cuela nada que haya colado ya la maya fina.
