Pan Chef-Inox Plus f. sandwich Inox 18/10
The Pan Chef-Inox Plus sandwich bottom, professional performance, with robust handle firmly anchored, it is made of 18/10 stainless steel (18% chrome and 10% nickel alloy which offers a high level of quality and superior resistance to conventional steel). It offers excellent resistance to corrosion and to food acids and salts. The steel is smooth, non-porous and very hygienic; It maintains the natural flavor of the cooked food.
The inside of the Pan is provided with non-stick coating (three layer) of great quality with contribution of Titanium and environmentally friendly since, unlike what happens with the conventional nonstick of teflon, its manufacture is not used in PFOA (perfluoroctanico acid, substance likely to move to foodstuffs and with cumulative effects in the body); CO2 emissions are reduced to the atmosphere and it is more respectful with the environment.
The Pan Chef-stainless steel Plus It has background layer sandwich (a layer of aluminum between 2 layers of steel) that allows the optimal heat diffusion, favoring saving energy and even cooking.

A falta de una prueba a fondo, la primera impresion (materiales y acabados) es buena. Tener en cuenta que al ser de acero, no son tan ligeras como las de aluminio y que el mango, no es recto, tiene un angulo marcado (puede influir al recogerla).
